Precision-engineered absorbent rollers for glass drying, coating, and industrial manufacturing. Soft touch. Bone dry.
Our material has a three-dimensional, interconnected open-cell porous structure obtained from water-soluble polyvinyl catalyzed with an acid and an aldehyde.
The result is a sponge that soaks up fluids many times its own weight, dries surfaces faster than any competing material, and holds up to aggressive chemicals — all while staying completely lint- and particle-free.
Hydrophilic OH-radicals and uniform capillary pores soak up fluid fast.
Leaves no residue on delicate surfaces like glass and optics.
Withstands acids, alkalis, and many organic solvents.
Long service life even under continuous production use.
Holds fluid many times its weight without dripping.
Because of OH-radicals in its molecular structure and the capillary action of its uniform pore structure, PVA foam is extremely hydrophilic. It rapidly soaks up fluids and dries surfaces far faster than urethane, rubber, or gas-pore-formed products.
That same pore structure lets the foam retain fluid many times its own weight while eliminating dripping — making it excellent for evenly coating aqueous solutions across a wide range of manufacturing applications.

Streak-free, lint-free drying of flat and container glass at line speed.

Even, controlled transfer of aqueous solutions without dripping or waste.
